Multi Corer

The Multi Corer is equipped with 12 transparent sampling tubes, each 60 cm long and 10 cm in diameter. When the Multi Corer’s base touches the seabed, all 12 core tubes slowly descend simultaneously, taking about 45 seconds for the entire process. Upon retrieval, the upper valves of the core tubes close first, followed by the lower valves. This device is not suitable for rocky, gravelly, or fine sandy terrains.
